These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of 386win and all services offered through 386win.pro. By creating an account or accessing any part of the 386win platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by every provision set out below.
These six points summarise the most important rules. The full legal text follows below — all users must read the complete document.
You must be at least 21 years old to register and use 386win. Age verification is conducted during onboarding and may be requested at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 are closed immediately with forfeiture of any bonus funds.
Each individual may hold exactly one 386win account. Duplicate accounts result in suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances. Accounts are non-transferable — you may not share, sell, or transfer your 386win account or its contents to any other party.
All 386win deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum deposit is Rs 500. 386win processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank in PKR only.
All bonuses issued by 386win are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of offer. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before completion results in forfeiture of bonus and related winnings.
Fraud, collusion, arbitrage betting, use of automated software ("bots"), chargebacks, and exploitation of software errors are strictly prohibited. 386win reserves the right to void bets, suspend accounts, and withhold funds where prohibited activities are identified.
All 386win users have the right to set deposit limits, loss limits, session time controls, and to self-exclude at any time. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and remain in force for the duration chosen by the player. 386win will not market to self-excluded players.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms carry the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
By accessing the 386win platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a Wager, or otherwise using any 386win service, you represent, warrant, and acknowledge that:
If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 386win platform and close your Account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms in full.
You must be a minimum of 21 years of age at the time of Account registration and at all times during your use of 386win. We conduct age verification during the registration process. 386win may request documentary proof of age (including a valid national identity card, passport, or similar government-issued document) at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension and withholding of any Balance pending resolution.
Each individual natural person is permitted to hold one (1) 386win Account only. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using shared devices, IP addresses, payment methods, or household addresses — constitutes a breach of these Terms. Where multiple Accounts are identified, 386win reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close all associated Accounts and to confiscate Balances and Bonus Funds across all identified Accounts.
You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at registration, including your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. You are responsible for keeping your registration information current. 386win is not liable for errors, delays, or losses arising from inaccurate registration data provided by you.
386win operates under international gaming licensing standards that require Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification. We may at any time, and are required to before processing significant withdrawals, request documents including a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal processing will be placed on hold pending completion of satisfactory KYC verification. This is a regulatory requirement and cannot be waived.
KYC verification protects both the Player and 386win against fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. All documents submitted to 386win are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection standards.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 386win Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must:
386win will never request your password through any communication channel including live chat, email, or SMS. Any communication purporting to request your 386win password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to 386win support immediately.
386win is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, provided that 386win has not itself been at fault in any breach of its security systems.
386win accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. All methods are subject to availability and may be added, amended, or removed at 386win's discretion without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount accepted by 386win is Rs 500 (five hundred Pakistani Rupees). Individual payment methods may carry higher minimums — refer to the Cashier section of your Account for current method-specific limits.
All deposits must be made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 386win does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any deposit submitted in a currency other than PKR will be declined or, if processed by the payment provider, converted to PKR at the exchange rate applied by that provider at the time of transaction. 386win is not responsible for any exchange rate losses arising from such conversions.
You confirm that all funds deposited into your 386win Account originate from legitimate sources and that you are the sole beneficial owner of all payment instruments used. You must not deposit funds obtained through illegal means. Deposits discovered to originate from fraudulent, criminal, or disputed payment sources will be voided and the relevant authorities notified.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute on a successful 386win deposit is a breach of these Terms. 386win will contest all chargebacks filed in bad faith. Accounts associated with chargebacks will be suspended pending investigation. Any winnings derived from disputed funds are forfeit.
Withdrawals are available to Account Holders who have: (a) completed all applicable KYC verification requirements; (b) satisfied any active wagering requirements associated with Bonus Funds; and (c) made at least one qualifying deposit during the current Account lifecycle. 386win reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending identity verification regardless of the amount requested.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever reasonably practicable. Processing timelines are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes of approval; bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are processed within one to three business days. These are target timelines and not contractual guarantees — processing may be delayed during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
Maximum single-transaction withdrawal is Rs 5,000,000 (five million Pakistani Rupees). Daily and monthly limits may apply per payment method as displayed in the Cashier section. 386win may apply enhanced review processes to withdrawal requests that exceed standard transaction thresholds.
Accounts that have been inactive (no login, no deposit, no wager) for a consecutive period of twelve months are classified as dormant. 386win reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant Account balances as permitted under its licensing terms. Players will receive advance notice by SMS or email prior to any dormant account fee being applied.
386win offers bonuses and promotions to new and existing Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
386win's five-tier VIP Programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) is governed by separate VIP terms. VIP status is awarded at 386win's discretion based on wagering activity and account standing. 386win reserves the right to reclassify, downgrade, or terminate VIP status at any time in accordance with the applicable VIP programme rules.
All Games on the 386win platform are subject to individual game rules displayed within the game interface. The following general principles apply across all 386win Games:
All cricket, PSL, UFC, and other sports betting markets on 386win are subject to the standard sports betting rules published in the Sportsbook section of the platform. Where a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, settlement rules as specified in the individual market rules shall apply. 386win does not accept liability for any loss of profit or anticipated winnings arising from the suspension or cancellation of any sporting event.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 386win platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and notification to relevant authorities:
386win reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to void any Wager, confiscate any Balance or Bonus Funds, suspend or permanently close any Account, and report any individual to relevant financial crime or gaming regulatory authorities where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected. These remedies are cumulative and not mutually exclusive.

Any Account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately, all funds will be returned to the payment source (less any winnings which are forfeited), and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities. All content on the 386win platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, audio, video, design elements, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of 386win or its duly licensed content providers.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 386win platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:
Any unauthorised use of 386win intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 386win, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you or any third party for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise:
386win's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 386win Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
386win does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously or without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, server upgrades, and events beyond 386win's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. 386win will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.
You may close your 386win Account at any time by contacting 386win support via the official live chat channel. Account closure requests will be actioned within five business days. Any withdrawable Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification and provided no breach of these Terms is under investigation.
386win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where 386win reasonably believes that:
Where an Account is closed by 386win due to a verified breach of these Terms, 386win may retain any Balance in the Account as liquidated damages. Where closure is for any other reason, withdrawable Balance will be returned to the Player within a reasonable period following resolution of any outstanding matters.
386win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. 386win will provide reasonable notice of material changes — typically seven days — via the email address or mobile number registered to your Account.
Your continued use of the 386win platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your Account prior to the amendment's effective date.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 386win accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to review amended Terms in a timely manner.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 386win holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating any rights or obligations under the domestic laws of Pakistan beyond those that already exist independently of this Agreement.
In the event of any dispute between you and 386win arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting 386win support. If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the dispute through the formal dispute resolution mechanism established under 386win's licensing jurisdiction.
386win's internal dispute resolution process is as follows: (a) submit your complaint in writing to [email protected] with full details; (b) 386win will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days; (c) if you are dissatisfied with 386win's response, you may escalate to the applicable licensing jurisdiction's player dispute resolution body.
